Global-Pass™ Membership Terms & Conditions
By subscribing to any Global-Pass™ membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to provide clarity and fairness for all members.
1. Digital Access
- All membership services are delivered digitally via your online dashboard.
- No physical products are shipped with membership plans.
- You must be logged in to access digital tools and AI features.
2. Membership Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
- All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
- All membership sales are final. No partial refunds will be issued.
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Once expired, access to dashboards, tools, and concierge services will be disabled.
4. Upgrades, Downgrades & Changes
- You may upgrade or change plans at any time through your account.
- Prorated charges may apply.
- Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Account Use & Restrictions
- Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each plan is for individual use only.
- Abuse of platform features or unauthorized access may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Platform Access & Maintenance
- We reserve the right to limit or suspend access temporarily for security, maintenance, or abuse monitoring.
- Efforts will be made to notify users of planned downtime.
