Global-Pass™ Membership Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to any Global-Pass™ membership plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to provide clarity and fairness for all members.

1. Digital Access

  1. All membership services are delivered digitally via your online dashboard.
  2. No physical products are shipped with membership plans.
  3. You must be logged in to access digital tools and AI features.

2. Membership Billing

  1. Plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection.
  2. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
  3. All membership sales are final. No partial refunds will be issued.
  4. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
  2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  3. Once expired, access to dashboards, tools, and concierge services will be disabled.

4. Upgrades, Downgrades & Changes

  1. You may upgrade or change plans at any time through your account.
  2. Prorated charges may apply.
  3. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Account Use & Restrictions

  1. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each plan is for individual use only.
  2. Abuse of platform features or unauthorized access may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Platform Access & Maintenance

  1. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access temporarily for security, maintenance, or abuse monitoring.
  2. Efforts will be made to notify users of planned downtime.
