Global-Pass Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Global-Pass Affiliate Program (“Program”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Global-Pass reserves the right to update and revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments.

1. Must be at least 18 years old and based in the United States.
2. You are responsible for maintaining account security and providing accurate information.
3. Automated sign-ups, false representation, or self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
4. You will be issued a unique affiliate code and access to approved tools for tracking referrals.
5. Commissions are only paid on verified sales using properly tracked links.
6. Payouts are processed monthly once your balance exceeds $20.
7. This agreement includes terms related to promotional materials, ethical conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.
